The more I loved me the clearer it was to see.
We have all heard “the older we get the wiser we get”
I sure as hell hope so.
You learn to see things differently.
You learn to take a step back and see the bigger picture.
You learn to be calmer.
You learn to listen without always waiting to say what’s on your mind.
You learn that the anger you once felt is no longer needed in your life.
You learn peace.
You learn love.
You learn patience.
You learn passion.
You learn less is more.
You learn there is more to life than going to work and coming home to go to sleep and doing it all over again the next day.
You learn that these aren’t learned in any particular order.
Then….
You understand.
It’s a process yes.
Is it worth it?

Mindfucking is real.
You know those conversations in your head that happen over and over again? That’s mindfucking!
Then, something happens and changes everything.
A light happens.
It can be from someone, something, maybe your read something, maybe you hear it, maybe just maybe you feel it….
