We all hold the answers that we need
We just need to stay still enough to let the answers come to us
All to often we are so distracted by the toxic environments we choose to put ourselves in
Whether it is the people we chose to spend our time with
Spending time on social media
Or volunteering all the time
There comes a time in all of our lives
When we must pause reflect and then move forward
So I invite you to stand up find something in front of you and place it in the ground in front of you. Take a deep breathe and pause
Reflect and move forward with whatever it is that is holding you back from your best self
